I seem to have temporarily run out of my own photos for Uglorable, or pretty darn close anyway…. Darn! But I did find this awesome salamander on Norm Walsh’s Photostream.
It looks angry, but I think that’s what makes it so uglorable.

this is awesome but i think he is mad because it looks like to me that he only has one foot. he has nubs for back legs and one arm. i would be alittle moody too if that was me.
Amber: I was kind of concerned, I can totally see what you mean, but I just checked some other pictures of what appears to be the same salamander, and this one in particular, http://flickr.com/photos/ndw/43857383/in/photostream/ , indicates it’s just a strange angle. But thanks for keeping an eye out for that! We don’t want to spread pictures of injured animals.

The red-backed salamander, to be specific. Lack of red back notwithstanding.
