Smile!

Every now and then you see a crocodilian that’s just in a good mood!
And then you wonder why it’s in a good mood….

More-ay macros. … I am so, so sorry.

Oh no, I can’t seem to stop.

This isn’t an image macro blog, I swear.

Emi’s going to kill me…

You can look at the originals by clicking the images. Okay, okay, I’ll… stop.

Dragon Moray

Ahahahaha, I love it when a creature is both interesting and has a funny expression on its face.

But of course, as a product of the internet, I can’t let this one go without making an image macro…

Whale Shark and Friends

What? No, I’m not someone who posts too many pictures of underwater creatures…

“animal anomalies” photoshops

Every single thing here is uglorable. Forum goons, you’re so talented, and so disturbed.

The design is amazing

These creatures were brilliantly designed…. I can not look at one without laughing.

Hooded mergansers live on the creek my mom lives by… One day she told me she looked out the window on a day that the river was really high (consequently fast), and caught a glimpse of something rushing by on the surface. What was it? A merganser.
The image of a duck sitting on a speeding river, rushing downstream…. That just made me laugh really really hard. It’s like a roller coaster for ducks.
It was probably funnier at the time.

Cute Camel

Guys, I made a really, really bad mistake. Never, ever, ever consider making a chocolate tortilla. EVER.

I like a lot of strange stuff, but camels usually don’t appeal to me that much. This one, however, has something really special going on. It just looks… ridiculous.

Mr. Long Antennas

I absolutely adore this guy. He’s probably some invasive exotic beetle that is going to kill everything, but he’s so darn cute!
Unfortunately the picture is kind of fuzzy because he’s so tiny… But I did my best!

Wow, Finding Nemo again!

First Squishy, and now this guy….
I know Bloat is the puffer fish, but if Nemo were puffer, he would look like this.

I think I win!

Jellyfish don’t have faces, do they?
But then, I don’t know that jellyfish are exactly ugly either… I guess some people probably think they are. It’s kind of like “I kind of think that’s pretty, but I don’t really know why because all it is is a gelatinous thing floating around with tentacles that can sting you….”. So I guess they’re kind of ugly in that they are not really anything else…. That may be stretching it, but whatever.
The point is, it doesn’t have a face AND it’s cute!

There’s something very charming about a little jellyfish by itself. I can just hear it saying “I’m going on an adventure!”.
